rev. dr. Kirt moelling|senior pastor

Rev. Dr. Kirt E. Moelling was the Senior Pastor of St. Stephen’s United Methodist Church in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, a suburb of Tulsa, before joining FUMC Yukon in June of 2019.

Prior to entering the ministry, Kirt practiced law in Amarillo, Texas for twelve years, where he had the good fortune of meeting his wife, Sha’rie (shuh-ree). Together, they have two wonderful sons, Nathan and Matthew.

Kirt received his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Oklahoma City University, his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and his Master of Divinity, magna cum laude, from Phillips Theological Seminary in Tulsa.

Currently, Kirt serves on the Conference Board of Ministry (incoming chair, Conference Relations Committee) and has previously chaired the Conference Board of Church and Society, serving also as a member of the Oklahoma Conference of Churches IMPACT Committee.

On the District level, Kirt has served as a Trustee, as a member of the Committee on Ministry, and has also served at MANY District and Conference camps.

Kirt loves God’s creation; enjoys hiking, photography, reading, learning, writing, music, humor, sports, gardening (mostly tomatoes), and spending time with his family, including “Honey,” a Golden Retriever.

 

Kristi Swink|Associate Pastor

Kristi Swink is a true asset to our staff. She provides a wealth of knowledge and brings a wonderful love of life to our staff. She is currently a full time teacher for Mustang schools, and she always has an incredible joke to share if you ask!

 

BETH BARKER|CHILDREN’S DIRECTOR

Beth is our incredible Children’s Director! She does an amazing job keeping our most precious church attendees involved during our services. She is always willing to put in the work needed to love our wonderful kids well and teach them about the love of Jesus!

 

tylar grant Youth Director

Tylar Grant comes to Yukon with several years of experience in youth ministry. Tylar is currently a student at Saint Paul School of Theology, where she is pursuing her Masters of Divinity with a specialization in Women, Church, and Society. Tylar loves singing, reading fantasy novels, hiking in the Wichita Mountains, and spending time with her family. She resides in Norman with her husband Spencer and their border collie, Kit.

 

Keleigh Clark|Pre-SChool director

We're happy to announce that the new director of Yukon Kids First is Keleigh Clark. Keleigh has been teaching at YKF for 15 years and all 3 of her precious children, Kayden, Sutton, and Carigan went through the program. She is a lifelong resident of Yukon and has been married to her husband, Chad for 20 years. Keleigh loves the program and is completely invested! We are sad to see Heather Pope leave, but believe we have chosen a wonderful replacement.

Emily joined our staff as the Modern Worship Leader in June of 2020. She is currently a first year law student at Oklahoma City University School of Law.

We are blessed by her musical gifts and the talents of the entire modern worship band.

Frances joined Yukon First on Feb. 5, 2017, the day after she and her husband, Jerry were married here on Feb. 4, 2017. She has blessed our staff this May as our new Office Administrator.

Ginger and her husband, Stan, joined FUMC Yukon in 1994 as they began to raise their three daughters.

She joined our staff in April 2019 as the Communications and Media Associate!
