Welcome to the website of the First United Methodist Church of Yukon, OK. We're glad you've chosen to be our guest. We have a long and rich history of being in ministry to the people of the Yukon area. We hope you will come and celebrate the lives and ministries with us here at Yukon First.
We believe that God is calling us to be a Community of Faith, which welcomes all of God's people through God's grace and glory. We are committed to empowering disciples to care, share, and prepare:
To Care for all people where they are in life and help them grow spiritually, intellectually and emotionally as part of a loving and caring community;
To Share the good news of Jesus Christ with others that they may enter into a personal relationship with Christ;
To prepare ourselves as individuals and as a Community of Faith to be in ministry and service to the surrounding area and the world.
We serve on Volunteer in Missions Teams - VIM teams have gone to Mexico, Alaska, Czech Republic, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Vietnam, South Dakota and Louisiana.

Our youth serve a week each summer at YOUTH FORCE OKC -
Local Community Outreach includes our annual Ground Hog Dinner and participation in the Yukon Czech Day festivities.
We are members of the Yukon Chamber of Commerce.
We are a part of the Ministerial Alliance and help support Compassionate Hands and Manna Pantry in Yukon, OK.
We bake for missions on the third Monday of the month: Kolaches & Cinnamon Rolls.
